Allyson joined the Wye and Usk Foundation in 2006 and is usually the first person you will talk to on the phone or if coming to our office. Initially employed to assist with administration tasks for the Foundation, the rapid expansion of the Passport meant her role quickly developed more towards the day to day running of the scheme, taking bookings and advising anglers.

Chris has a background in conservation and joined the Foundation in 2017. Since then he’s taken on a wide variety of roles across the organisation. These days is a Project Officer with specific remit for habitat works, monitoring and volunteer management. He is heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the Fishing Passport, assisting Allyson with bookings, signing up new fisheries and the development of additional features. A keen fly angler, Chris mainly fishes for trout and grayling in his local stretches of the Lugg but also enjoys lure fishing for pike.

Seth joined the Wye and Usk Foundation in 2003 as Marketing Officer with the remit of starting the Fishing Passport. Later that year, the scheme was launched with publication of the first brochure, then called “The Upper Wye Passport”. He has retained a role in the Passport scheme ever since. Seth has been a keen angler for over 40 years.

Stephen is a founder member of the Foundation taking the chair in 1996 and was its first CEO. He has been responsible for the development of the Passport and of the Foundation as a whole. This included developing funding bids and engaging staff, many of whom are still with us today. In 2011 he was awarded an OBE for services to the environment and conservation of the Wye and Usk. He is a keen fisherman, a former international angler and Wye fishery owner. Stephen has contributed a huge amount of content to the Passport and writes the monthly salmon fishing report.

Long time volunteer and regular contributor to the Passport, Oliver is the author of the popular monthly trout and grayling report. He is also a fully qualified angling guide. Oliver lives in the Forest of Dean and is an expert in small streams. He is equally at home fishing the bigger rivers too. You can find his website and guiding information here.

Illtyd is the author of the monthly sewin (sea-trout) reports, as well as being a busy AAPGAI (Association of Advanced Professional Game Angling Instructors) qualified instructor. He's regularly found fishing the top sewin waters of mid and west Wales and those of Patagonia. More information about his instruction services can be found here.

A previous Marketing Officer of the Wye and Usk Foundation heavily involved in the Fishing Passport, Adam's time these days is taken up by his shop 'Fishers' in Ross-on-Wye and running his Angling Dreams business.
